Are you seeing any Google dancing on your SERPs? If you update your blog frequently and if you have a good number of reader/followers (social-share part) you might have seen this. With my own experience the three IMPORTANT things we should do to get the Google PANDA love are:

- The Content Part (On-Site SEO)
- Social Sharing
- The Bounce Rate

The Content Part:

It’s very simple. Avoid using scraped/spun content on your blog. It’s not that hard to bring unique content. If you have a few minutes, writing your own posts would be great. The more the content you have, the better it is. I’d recommend having a minimum of 400 words content (article/post/content-of-the-page). Busy people can outsource the writing job. The Warrior Forum and fiverr have excellent article writing services where you get a high quality article for less than 5 bucks.
While creating a webpage (or while posting your content/article)

(i) Make sure your URL has your primary keyword. If you are using wordpress go to www.yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/optionspermalink.php and put this in the Custom Structure field: /%postname%/

(ii) Make sure your title has your main keyword in it. Take care of the Meta description and keywords too. The free plug-in I’m using for my WordPress sites to take care of this is LightSEO.

(iii) Make sure to provide enough keywords/tags when you post. You may use the free plugin SimpleTags.

(iv) Make use of alt and title tags while including images and use your primary keyword for at least one image.

(v) Make sure to have a minimum keyword density of 3% for your primary keyword and use bold, italic, underline, h1, h2 tags with your primary keyword. This is really important. (If you want to automate this process and know your SEO score each time you post, try SEOPressor, the WP SEO Plugin.)

The Social Sharing Part (important to impress the Google PANDA)

Once you’re done with the post, go ping the article/webpage/post URL using Pingomatic. In WordPress blogs, you can automate the pinging process every time you update your website. To set this, visit http://codex.wordpress.org/Update_Services

Social Sharing is very important. You can use http://www.socialmarker.com/ to do this with very less time. Try to share the content on a maximum number of social bookmarking websites and this will really help to ease our whole effort. Or you may go to fiverr and buy some social gigs to get this done. But make sure the service provider has
included all the top social websites.

Install the Facebook Google+1 Twitter plugin on your website and encourage your visitors to share the page/article/post on these social networks. You may use this free plugin.

You can directly tell your friends to share it on these networks or offer some hide/reveal plugin to increase the number of shares to get some SOCIAL BOOST.

Google Panda would really be impressed to see your readers showing interest on the content and sharing it.

The Bounce Rate

Someone visits a website and closes the page or goes out of it quickly. Google will consider the content of the website could be irrelevant for the search he/she made or the content is useless… This will decrease the
authority of that website/page and the SERPs may be dropped. At the same time, when someone visits a website and stays for a longer period, Google considers that the content is of quality and very relevant to the search he/she made. This works as a factor to boost the SERPs.

Making your website/page content RICH and reader-friendly. This can be achieved by adding unique content that deals with a topic that is trendy, a solution for a popular problem, tip or advice. Better write it in a way which sounds like you talk to your reader and easy for them to read (I still have readers with all the grammar errors and language problems I have with the articles I post—you just have to be ‘real’ and helping). Also make sure the content is not that short (minimum 400+ words)

Adding images, screen shots and videos. Have you checked both the pages I’ve shown in the screen shots? Both the pages have a YouTube video of minimum 60 seconds. If the video is interesting the reader will stay on the page and this would help to improve the bounce rate. You can also increase good images, screen shots of (stats, flow-charts etc) which will make the reader stay for a longer time on your website. (Authority websites like SearchEngineWatch confirm that including video content can increase the SERPs.)
